At the time of the oversight visit to Mangystau region implementation of GFATM grant projects has been put on hold. In this regard, the CCM Oversight Committee reviewed the following issues as part of the visit:
- Progress in the implementation of previous recommendations of the Oversight Committee for Mangistau Regional TB Dispensary;
- Progress and gaps in the grant implementation in 2014, as the contract with the Regional TB Dispensary was valid until December 31, 2014;
- Ensuring the sustainability of the Global Fund grant (fulfillment of obligations at the local level);
- The last LFA comments during the briefing on PUDR (see Minutes of April 3, 2015).

- Amanzholov Nurali, President of LEA "Kazakhstan Union of People Living with HIV", representative of NGOs / people living with HIV;
- Ismailova Ainur, Technical expert on financial issues;
- Demeuova Ryssaldy, the CCM Secretariat Coordinator.
