At the time of the oversight visit to Karagandy region implementation of GFATM grant projects on TB component has been put on hold. In this regard, the CCM Oversight Committee reviewed the following issues as part of the visit:
- Progress in the implementation of previous recommendations of the Oversight Committee for Karagandy Regional TB Dispensary;
- Progress and gaps in the grant implementation in 2014, as the contract with the Regional TB Dispensary was valid until December 31, 2014;
- Ensuring the sustainability of the Global Fund grant (fulfillment of obligations at the local level);
- Addressing the sustainability of the Global Fund programms;
- The last LFA comments during the briefing on PUDR (see Minutes of April 3, 2015).

- Amanzholov Nurali, President of LEA "Kazakhstan Union of People Living with HIV", representative of NGOs / people living with HIV;
- Sauranbayeva Mira, expert on prevention of tuberculosis;
- Demeuova Ryssaldy, the CCM Secretariat Coordinator.
