The CCM working meeting with representatives of the Global Fund Secretariat and Principal Recipients was held in Almaty on January 15 with the participation of T. Vinichenko, Senior Fund Portfolio Manager, Eastern Europe and Central Asia Team, and D. Kokiashvili, Public Health, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at the Global Fund.

The agenda of the working meeting included the following issues:

Information on the Global Fund new allocation.
Report of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) on the results of 2019 and work plans for 2020.
Funding request in 2021 as part of ROP20.
Review of decisions following the results of CCM meetings in 2019.
Presentation of the draft Country Dialogue Plan.
Reports and 2020 work plans of the CCM gender working group.
