The Global Fund Strategy 2017-2022 recognizes that ending the epidemics of HIV and TB and eliminating malaria require sustainable national responses to the three diseases and resilient health systems. Sustainability includes many aspects, such as financial, epidemiological, programmatic, systemic, managerial, human rights. Individual country-specific areas will vary depending on the country and regional context. The roadmap is to ensure the sustainability of HIV programs in the Republic of Kazakhstan to achieve the goals of "95-95-95" by removing barriers and risks to sustainability and achieving targeted funding for programs to prevent and treat HIV infection.
